I didn’t grow up in a very religious home. When I was younger, my grandmother was the one who encouraged me to think about God and to spend time learning about Him. As I grew older, I realized there was something missing in my heart—no matter what I did, nothing in this world could truly satisfy me.
When I came to know Isa (Jesus) more personally, I felt a peace that I had never experienced before. I realized that God is in control of my life, and that He has a plan for me no matter what difficulties I face. This faith has given me strength to go through hard times with hope, and joy that goes deeper than I can describe.
Today, my greatest desire is to raise my children to know God and to have their own relationship with Him. I cannot imagine finding eternal life with God without them being there too. That is why I pray they will also come to know Isa, who has brought forgiveness and peace into my life.
