Layne’s Testimony

I grew up in a religious family, but as a teenager I started reading the Bible for myself. A teacher had given me one, and when I compared it with the one at home, I noticed things I hadn’t before.

The more I read about Jesus, the more I realized faith wasn’t just tradition — it had to be personal. At some point, it became clear that I simply needed to trust him for who he says he is.

From then on, the words I read felt alive, and I couldn’t wait to tell my friends what I had discovered.
